It has three bedrooms, two twin rooms, a bathroom and a double room with en-suite shower room and W.C All have spacious fitted wardrobes.

In addition to the en-suite facilities there is a shared bathroom and additional W.C with washbasin situated on the ground floor.

The attractive fitted kitchen with beamed ceiling is combined with a large dining area containing a good sized pine table and six chairs

Lounge

From the spacious lounge, with television and video, patio doors lead into a large paved area.

On arrival at Craig View Cottage

The back gate has two 6 ft gates which lead to ample outside and inside parking with a motion sensitive light outside.

A path leads from the parking area to the cottage with two steps down to a paved area at the back of the cottage.

Patios doors slid open are doorframe height which leads into the lounge.

Entrance to the front door is by a smaller gate with two steps down to paved pathway.

The door is doorframe height with an open parch above.

Inside all the rooms and hallways have wooden flooring with rugs and is all on the same level

Kitchen /Dining is open plan; leaver taps in kitchen

There is a cloakroom on the ground floor.

Stairs

The staircase is carpeted with banister on the left side has 11 stairs standard depth with a small carpeted landing at the top with a small banister on the right side with one step up the twin bedrooms and family bedroom.

On the left side also has one step up to the main bedroom with en-suite (shower is a step in) room& W.C.

Bathroom

Bath has handrails with shower over the bath

All door handles and tap handles are leaver so are the WC.

Flooring

All bedrooms, landing, bathroom and shower room have wooden floors with bedside rugs.

Additional information

Both the cottages smoke alarm when triggered will give a continuous ring and does not have flashing lights.

You are able to use the front & back door, and the patios door at the back in the event of an evacuation.
